Tonight on Monday Night Raw, it’s the second-to-last show before Extreme Rules, the next WWE pay-per-view. Roman Reigns, Finn Balor, Seth Rollins, Bray Wyatt and Samoa Joe will be fighting in a fatal five-way during that pay-per-view, and tonight on Raw, each of those men will attempt to assert his dominance. Raw will air tonight at 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time on the USA Network. Check back in at 8 for match results and spoilers, and read on for a preview of the night’s events.

Last week on Raw, Kurt Angle announced that Braun Strowman would be taken out of action for some time following his encounter with Roman Reigns. This required Angle to rethink Extreme Rules, the event at which Braun Strowman was expected to face Roman Reigns. Now, Extreme Rules will be built around a fatal five-way, with the winner of that match becoming the number one contender for the Raw Tag Team Championship. The competitors will be Roman Reigns, Finn Balor, Seth Rollins, Bray Wyatt and Samoa Joe. Last week, Bray Wyatt showed himself to be a worthy opponent when he went up against Seth Rollins, and he went so hard on Rollins that he was disqualified. So what steps might Bray Wyatt take tonight to show that he’s coming for the Universal Championship?

Also at Extreme Rules, there will be a Women’s Championship match between Alexa Bliss and Bayley, which will be a Kendo Stick on a Pole Match. This comes after Alexa Bliss attacked Byley with a Kendo Stick and mocked Bayley, suggesting she’s not tough enough for an Extreme Rules match. Kurt Angle gave her the chance to have a standard wrestling match at Extreme Rules, but Bayley, wanting to prove herself, wanted to go all out with a Kendo Stick on a Pole Match. So how will the storyline between these two women progress tonight? Will Bayley be able to capture the Women’s Championship anytime soon?

Plus, last week on Raw featured a match between The Miz and Dean Ambrose for the Intercontinental Championship. The Miz defeated Dean Ambrose, but only because Dean Ambrose got himself disqualified when he kicked The Miz below the belt. At Extreme Rules, then, Ambrose and Miz will face off once again, with the stipulation being even if Ambrose gets himself disqualified, he will lose the championship. Will Ambrose and Miz clash once again tonight on Raw?

We’ll find out when Monday Night Raw goes live at 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time on the USA Network.
