It was announced in June that Louis Vuitton’s famous brown-and-gold monogram print would be getting a serious makeover this fall with the release of its “The Icon and the Iconoclasts” collaboration, and now the out-of-this-world creations have been revealed. For the project, the luxury label tapped six creative minds including designers Karl Lagerfeld, Christian Louboutin, and Rei Kawakubo along with photographer Cindy Sherman, architect Frank Gehry, and industrial designer Marc Newson to craft limited-edition bags and luggage for the French brand.

Unsurprisingly, Lagerfeld’s designs are among the most outrageous of the bunch. The centerpiece of his lineup is a serious, full-size punching bag (above) complete with a storage trunk, a stand, a mat, and boxing gloves that retails for approximately $175,000. Produced in a limited quantity, the luxe set is touted as an exceptional collector’s piece and is covered in Vuitton’s signature logo. Is in-the-ring boxing not your style? Lagerfeld’s assortment also includes three regular-size handbags cleverly modeled after the punching bag that are ready for everyday use (pictured below).
