The sensational allegations claim Trump watched lurid sex acts in a Moscow hotel suite
THE sensational sexual allegations levelled against President-elect Donald Trump have caused a social media storm.
While media commentators and political analysts sweat over the validity of the leaked dossier, many Twitter users have poked fun at the story.
The hashtag ‘#Watersportsgate’ is trending worldwide after the claims that Trump watched prostitutes engage in ‘degrading sexual acts’ in a Russian hotel room.
The full document alleges that the billionaire wanted to ‘defile’ the bed as President Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama had slept in the same suite.
Arguably the pick of the hilarious bunch came from singer Alison Moyet, who tweeted: “I used to think politics was so dry.”

American news giant CNN opened the political can of worms by reporting that top US intelligence chiefs briefed trump on the explosive claims during a meeting on alleged Russian interference in the presidential election.
The full dossier of the British spy’s unverified claims details allegations of “perverted sexual acts” by prostitutes in a Russian hotel room containing Trump.
The report sensationally claims that President Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama slept in the same suite at the hotel and that Trump wanted to ‘defile’ the bed which they slept on because “he hated” them.
The hotel room, at the Moscow Ritz Carlton, was bugged by Soviet intelligence agencies, the report alleged.b
After the CNN report, Buzzfeed published the full document which had reportedly been offered to a variety of other news outlets who declined to publish the story because the claims could not be verified.
Trump hit back at the claims branding them “fake” and part of a “political witchhunt”.
He tweeted: “FAKE NEWS — A TOTAL POLITICAL WITCH HUNT!”
Trump is due to be sworn in as the 45th US President on January 20.
He was reportedly shown the classified information during a briefing by four of the most senior US spy chiefs — including FBI director James Comey and CIA director John Brennan.
