The video filmed on the M-Train Subway in New York shows the woman brazenly sparking up a cigarette as she sits at the top of a carriage.

Off-camera a man can be heard calling her out, before she replies: “If you smoke marijuana, why you don’t know what it is?”

The argument then gets heated, with the young passenger threatening to “smack” the wheelchair-bound woman.

“Get the f*** off my train. Dirty b****. I’ll smack you and that hat, and that blunt,” he says.

“Everybody on this train, I’m decking that b****… Word, gangsta.”

Meanwhile a transport worker can be seen in the background reporting the incident over his radio.

The edited video uploaded to an Instagram page then shows the woman having been turfed off the train.

It is unclear whether the young man she was fighting chucked her off at the unidentified station.

Transit officials told The New York Post that the incident was closed about ten minutes after it started, when they received a report saying the female passenger was removed.
